What will you be doing?

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and the 'go-to' person for the eToro ME office
  • Provide administrative support to the team members and departments, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams on different operational and administrative tasks
  • Organise team events and social engagements
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee visa applications and renewals for all staff
  • Manage the company’s health insurance scheme for local staff & dependents
  • Support employee experience activities together with global and regional HR initiatives
  • Responsibility for office management and the facilities
  • Work with finance on purchase order and invoice management and assist with other administrative processes, as required
  • Provide Company Secretary services for the local entity, including submissions into ADGM Registration Authority portal
  • Provide support to the leadership with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
  • Oversee IT equipment orders and inventory levels
  • Office roster and meeting room management as well as managing office expenditure and budgets
  • Coordination of board meetings, such as preparation of presentations and board meeting minutes
  • Assist in managing the office space, employee benefits, and potentially include identifying and managing additional or alternative office locations as the eToro ME team grows
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ of relevant work experience
  • Proven administration skills
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to work cross-functionally across many groups in the company.
  • Ability to be proactive, maintain confidentiality and be professional at all times.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a highly agile working environment
