Description
We are seeking a professional Receptionist (Arabic Speaker) to join our Real Estate company in Abu Dhabi. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and can maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment. Real Estate experience is not mandatory.
Requirements- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings
- Maintain reception area standards and office presentation
- Support the team with basic administrative and coordination tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Work in a professional and friendly office environment
- Training and onboarding provided
