• Maintain and control project documentation including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.
• Implement and manage a document control system to ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval.
• Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
• Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to relevant project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Generate and maintain document registers, transmittals, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures and standards.
• Support audits and project handover by maintaining organized and complete documentation.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as a Document Controller in construction or contracting projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, document control software, and project management systems.
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with project teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and project documentation procedures is an advantage.
