* Administrative Coordinator
* to support daily office operations within a luxury interior design and high‑end furniture environment. Since its establishment in 2007, the company has built a strong reputation for blending Western elegance with Eastern heritage through premium design collaborations.

Job Title:

Administrative Coordinator

The role focuses on managing office operations, coordinating communication between departments, organizing administrative records, supporting customer inquiries, and assisting with basic financial tasks. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a luxury design setting.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Manage daily office operations
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments
  • Organize administrative files and records
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally

Financial Support

  • Assist in preparing invoices and payments
  • Support budget and expense tracking
  • Collaborate with the finance team when needed

Customer Service & Communication

  • Deliver high‑quality customer service aligned with luxury design standards
  • Support client and partner relationships
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes (invoicing, payments)
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in luxury design or furniture is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English
