Reliance Facilities Management is currently hiring a Helpdesk & CAFM Coordinator for its operations in Abu Dhabi
. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in facilities management systems who are skilled in coordination, customer service, and administrative support
. The role focuses on managing service requests, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Helpdesk & CAFM Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:- Handle emails, calls, and walk‑in inquiries from clients and internal teams
- Log service requests and maintain accurate records in CAFM systems
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and official correspondence
- Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for FM mobile teams
- Prepare LPOs and invoices and maintain receivable records
- Follow up with clients on pending payments
- Experience in CAFM systems and Facilities Management (mandatory)
- Strong computer skills (spreadsheets, email, online systems)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Work in a structured facilities management environment
- Exposure to CAFM systems and operational workflows
