Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and office support to managers and project teams within the business unit
  • Prepare, review and proofread correspondence, reports, forms and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and internal events
  • Arrange travel bookings and maintain related documentation
  • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment
  • Support document control processes and ensure accurate filing of records
  • Assist in preparing presentations using Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ideal Profile
  • UAE National with Family Book in line with Emiratisation requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience within professional services or engineering environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
