About the Role (Short Summary)

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle basic inquiries.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges as required.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing refreshments.
  • Provide basic administrative support to HR and administration teams when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and positive attitude.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality environments.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative or document control processes.
