The ideal candidate will provides support including diary management, travel arrangement, telephone calls, correspondence, information updates, and records management. Act as the focal point for the Department in terms of internal/external communications. Performs various activities related to the companies requirements for managing records, and issuing PR requisitions
Responsibilities- Calendar management for executive
- Aid executive in preparing for meeting
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executive
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executive
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
