Responsibilities
- Support the management of Owners Associations (OA) in line with UAE Jointly Owned Property laws and internal policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections, address HSE issues, and oversee service provider performance through reports and CAFM systems.
- Monitor and verify completion of maintenance and contractor works, including third‑party activities and capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate daily community operations, including security, service requests, violation management, and emergency handling.
- Maintain operational trackers, prepare reports, and participate in weekly operations and performance review meetings.
- Communicate effectively with residents, owners, and stakeholders across multiple channels to ensure high service standards.
- Enforce community rules, issue notifications, and manage resident‑related matters, including complaints and access coordination.
- Support resident engagement initiatives such as community events, board meetings, and Annual General Assemblies (AGAs).
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records on community systems and portals.
- Assist in financial processes, including budget reviews, service charge discussions, invoicing, and service charge collection follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for payments, purchase requests, and contractor‑related matters.
- Draft official correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports for OA boards and stakeholders.
- Support administrative and governance activities, including document uploads, insurance coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Act as a key liaison between community stakeholders, internal departments, and external service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in community management, property management, or facilities management within the UAE.
- Good understanding of UAE Jointly Owned Property laws and Owners’ Association governance.
- Strong operational knowledge of facilities management practices, service provider coordination, and site inspections.
- Experience in handling residents, customer service, and stakeholder engagement in a community environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting, service charges, invoicing, and basic financial coordination processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and community/property management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Highly organized with strong time‑management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, and manage client‑facing interactions professionally.
