CITICORE Interior Design is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized QC & Admin Officer to support daily operational activities, project documentation, and internal coordination between teams. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, quality monitoring, and accurate administrative support across ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication with different departments. Experience in interior design or fit-out projects will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily administrative and operational activities across projects
- Manage project documentation, records, and reporting tasks
- Follow up on quality control processes and ensure compliance standards
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate filing, data entry, and office documentation
- Assist in tracking project progress and updating reports
- Experience in administration, quality control, or project coordination roles
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in interior design or fit-out industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Quality Control, Interior Design, or related field
