Black Pearl Consult in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Executive Secretary to support the CEO and Executive Directors with critical administrative tasks.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years of experience, and exceptional skills in calendar management and Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

Candidate must demonstrate high professionalism, discretion, and advanced communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
