AVP, Administration Services - Asset Management

Job Purpose

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to FAB Asset Management teams and executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.
• Coordinate and manage office logistics, documentation, and communication workflows, supporting efficient delivery of business objectives.
• Support vendor management, travel coordination, and procurement activities related to offices and premises in line with FAB AM operational procedures.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in meeting timely delivery milestones by engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage administrative processes in a structured, compliant, and timely manner.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to support cross-functional teams.
• Manage daily administrative activities including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and payment requests.
• Coordinate travel, expense management, and executive support activities.
• Maintain accurate records.
