Executive Assistant Location
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Management Team in the effective coordination of daily operations, strategic initiatives, and executive priorities. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple responsibilities, maintaining strict confidentiality, and acting as a key point of coordination between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Management Team.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and business schedules.
- Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate communication between management and internal departments.
- Track key projects and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Manage executive expenses, approvals, and documentation.
- Organize company events, management meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support office administration and operational activities as required.
- Anticipate management needs and proactively resolve issues before they escape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant for senior management.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal);
Arabic is an advantage. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Experience supporting senior management within the UAE.
- Familiarity with government entities, corporate administration, and executive-level stakeholder management.
- Experience in fast‑paced corporate, investment, real estate, family office, or professional services environments.
