Document Controller

We're urgently looking for highly-organized Document Controller who possess basic knowledge and experience in the Marine Industry.

As a Document Controller at ZMI Holdings
, your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage document flow and ensure data accuracy accurate and contributing to streamlining the operations and effective information management. Detailed responsibilities as follows:

• Manage and control the flow of documents within the organization.
• Ensure documents are stored, indexed, and archived appropriately.
• Implement document management procedures and policies.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and revisions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Facilitate document retrieval and distribution as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least three years of working experience as a Document Controller
• Experience or exposure in Marine/Oil&Gas industry is a plus
• Familiarity with any document management system or MS Office expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in Data Management and Data protection (e.g., CDMP, CIPP) is a plus
• Knowledge of maritime and offshore industry processes and data requirements
