Front Desk Receptionist – Multiple Locations (Dubai, Sharjah, Bur Dubai, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Schedule appointments and manage booking systems.
- Operate POS systems and handle payments securely.
- Provide administrative support: answer emails, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.
- Maintain a welcoming reception area, including routine cleaning and sanitisation.
- Participate in team collaboration and business development to uphold brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and health regulations.
- Assist in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data integrity for healthcare clinics.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of front desk or hospitality experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience operating POS systems and booking management.
- Comfortable operating in luxury or high‑end hospitality environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional knowledge of medical coding or healthcare regulations is an advantage.
- UAE National preferred for part‑time positions.
- Availability for afternoon shifts (4:00 – 8:00 PM) and part‑time schedule (4 hours per day).
