Personal Assistant to Director/Secretary at Gamatech Energy Petroleum Services – Abu Dhabi, AZ, AE.

Core Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: scheduling appointments, managing complex diaries, and coordinating meetings, often acting as a gatekeeper for access to the executive.
  • Correspondence Handling: screening phone calls, managing emails, and drafting letters or reports on behalf of the manager.
  • Travel Logistics: planning detailed domestic and international itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and arranging visas.
  • Meeting Support: preparing agendas, attending meetings to take accurate minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Personal Assistance: running personal errands, managing home-related tasks, and organizing personal commitments like social activities or family travel.
  • Administrative Systems: maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems, managing databases, and tracking expenses.
Essential Skills
  • Discretion: maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters.
  • Communication: exceptional verbal and written skills for liaising with high-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Organization: the ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and manage a manager's time effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and various digital scheduling or collaboration tools.
  • Proactivity: anticipating the employer's needs and resolving potential issues before they arise.
Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 3,000.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Secretary – 1 year (Preferred);
Personal Assistant – 1 year (Preferred); UAE – 1 year (Preferred);
Engineering or technical – 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
