We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career in document control and administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring documents are properly filed and tracked, and supporting internal teams with document management processes.

On site (Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain company documents in both electronic and physical formats.
- Receive, log, distribute, and archive documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure documents are correctly version-controlled and updated
- Maintain document registers and tracking logs
- Assist with document retrieval and provide support to internal departments
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Support the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of administrative or document control experience in a manpower outsourcing or project based industry
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using document management systems such as Share Point
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
