- Support the execution of DG’s day-to-day office administrative tasks including planning and preparing agendas for DG meetings and performing other operational tasks.
- Handle of DG’s logistical affairs such as scheduling flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Coordinate the provision of translation services as requested by the DG Office Director.
- Implement the DG Office’s plans for all documentation and archiving activities.
- Handle the filing, tracking, and archiving of the Organization's entire departments' and offices' correspondence, communications and documents,
- Maintain all records in line with the organization's filing and classification system and guidelines for document storage and retrieval.
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy files and records as required.
- Handle record-keeping systems and procedures for archiving, retaining, and destroying records.
- Supervise and manage the storage facilities’ environmental conditions.
- Support in implementing the approved mitigation plans to ensure the safety of documents in case of incidents or damages.
- Develop periodic reports for the DG Office Director as and when required.
