Role: Finance officer - Administrator / Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Full time
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: AED 12,000 – 14,000 per month
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and diary schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting logistics.
- Process and reconcile expense claims and reimbursements.
- Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain confidential records and support daily office operations.
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience with expense reconciliation and administrative coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
