About Us

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes.
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence in both English and Arabic .
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate with school leaders and department heads across all six branches.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on executive decisions.
- Organize executive meetings, events, and official visits.
- Handle administrative tasks and provide general executive support as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in the education or school sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Knowledge of UAE education sector practices and professional correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Arabic and English Language is compulsory
