- Reviewing and examining required documents and ensuring they are approved by the relevant official authorities in the emirate in accordance with the eligibility and benefit criteria.
- Entering service applications into the database after verifying them against the data in the attached official documents.
- Contacting applicants through the main call center if the required documents or approvals are incomplete, directing them to complete them from the relevant official authorities, or informing them of final rejection if they do not meet the general conditions for benefiting from services.
