We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PRO Assistant to support government relations and regulatory compliance across our construction and landscape operations. The role requires strong coordination with UAE authorities, effective document control, and consistent follow-up on licenses and employee-related governmental procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with UAE government authorities including GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP, Department of Economic Development (DED), and other relevant entities.
  • Coordinate with employees and internal departments to process, renew, and cancel visas, medical insurance, labor cards, Emirates IDs, work permits, and other related government documents.
  • Assist in visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor-related transactions in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Follow up on trade license renewals, permits, approvals, and expiry schedules to ensure timely compliance.
  • Track license validity, renewal timelines, and compliance calendars.
  • Archive and maintain government contracts, licenses, approvals, and official documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports and compliance updates to management.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Administration departments to ensure smooth governmental processing.
  • Support audits, inspections, and official visits when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of sensitive information.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a PRO Assistant or in a similar role within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government authorities and systems, including GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP, DED, and related portals.
  • Proven experience in tracking licenses, managing expiries, and maintaining compliance records.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
