Job Description:

• Advise and counsel students about offered programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria and cost.
• Handle student admissions in accordance with the accepted requirements at AAU.
• Maintain student academic records, registration processes, course schedules, academic calendars, generate grade cards and transcriptions, and produce statistics reports on enrollment and graduation.
• Respond to queries, emails and phone calls from students, providing detailed responses regarding application process, fees and course selection as necessary.
• Announce timetables in accordance with the academic calendar.
• Take all necessary arrangements for students’ course registration, addition and dropping.
• Follow up and implement all study plans.
• Receive, check, and keep final exam results.
• Prepare graduation documents in Arabic and English.
• Undertake other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

General Conditions:

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Excellent public relations writing skills.
• Good command of computer use, particularly MS Office programs.
• Strong communication skills, courteous and people-friendly personality.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• 2 years related experience; fresh graduates can also apply.
