• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of Document Control experience in Construction or Engineering projects
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and project lifecycle documentation
• Hands‑on experience with Aconex, Procore, Asite, or similar EDMS platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and document quality

• Receive, register, distribute, and track project documentation including drawings, technical submittals, transmittals, correspondence, RFIs, MOMs, and reports
• Maintain document registers and ensure all records remain accurate and up to date
• Manage document revision control and prevent duplication
• Upload, update, and maintain documents within EDMS platforms
• Coordinate document submissions and retrievals between contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure project teams always have access to the latest approved documents
• Archive and maintain both electronic and hard‑copy controlled documents
• Support project close‑out by preparing As‑Built drawings, O&M Manuals, and Handover Documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO standards
