Service Advisor - Arabic Speaker

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to provide administrative support for our Sinotruk Service and Parts teams
, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our aftersales department. This position will report into the Operations Manager and be based in our Abu Dhabi Workshop.

• Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, Workshop and After Sales team.
• Create and manage service job cards, repair orders and workshop documentation.
• Coordinate service bookings and communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and invoices for workshop jobs.
• Follow up on purchase orders, warranty claims and service documentation.
• Coordinate with the Parts department to ensure parts availability for scheduled repairs.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and service records within the ERP system.
• Monitor workshop reports, technician timesheets and job status updates.
• Assist with warranty administration and manufacturer documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly aftersales reports and KPI data.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and elevate issues where required.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and manufacturer standards.

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle or heavy equipment environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Arabic and English.
• Experience supporting a workshop, service or aftersales department.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
