We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Administrator’s responsibilities include greeting visitors and scheduling appointments; managing phone calls and maintaining files; ordering office supplies; performing basic bookkeeping tasks; and organizing corporate events and activities. The job also involves screen incoming emails and mail, prepare reports, assist in the preparation of presentations, and provide general administrative assistance whenever necessary.
To be successful as an Office Administrator, you should have a strong organizational skills with good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. You should also have basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and experience using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software packages.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300 AED per month.
