Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to help us manage our growing office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to take care of all administrative tasks, oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, able to multi-task and handle a high workload.
The ideal candidate should have excellent problem solving skills, be detail oriented, proactive and have a good understanding of office functions.
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating operations across multiple departments, ordering supplies and equipment, arranging travel arrangements and maintaining efficient record keeping systems. Additionally they will be expected to provide general support to management as required and ensure that the company’s policies are adhered to.
This is a full time position with a competitive salary of 1500 per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
