The Human Capital Data Entry Clerk supports the Human Capital Manager and the department staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, entering and updating HC-related information, managing documents, and providing general administrative support to the HC team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee information in HC systems and databases.
Maintain employee files, including personal documents, contracts, identification documents, and other HC records.
Assist the HR team with preparing staff reports, spreadsheets, letters, and other documents.
Verify employee data and ensure all records are complete and accurate.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical HC files.
Assist with filing and document management within the HC Office.
Support the HC team in preparing documents for new employees and staff onboarding.
Assist with updating staff lists, contact information, and other school employee records.
Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and HC-related reports.
Respond to routine staff inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate HR team member when necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and school information.
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties within the HC Office.
Perform other HC-related duties as assigned by the HC Manager or HC Officer.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or qualification in HC, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in data entry, HC administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
