Document Controller

We are seeking an experienced PMC Document Controller to support major ADNOC Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring effective document control processes, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with ADNOC and project-specific requirements
.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of relevant Document Control experience in Oil & Gas, preferably with PMC/EPCM/EPC projects.
• Previous experience on ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
• Strong experience working with ADNOC/EPC contractor document workflows and engineering deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with EDMS/document management systems such as Aconex, Project Wise, SharePoint or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of MDR, transmittals, document numbering, revision control, workflow management and document status tracking.
• Experience managing large volumes of engineering, vendor and project documentation.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary engineering deliverables including P&IDs, drawings, specifications, calculations, datasheets, reports and vendor documents.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, document traceability and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Client, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
