Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and manage their time effectively, as well as have the ability to prioritize tasks and complete them within deadlines.
The primary responsibility of the Secretary will be to provide administrative support to the team, such as organizing meetings, maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and managing office supplies. The Secretary will also greet visitors, answer inquiries from the public, and take messages for staff members. Additionally, they will be in charge of managing incoming calls and emails.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of office administration procedures, strong organizational skills, and an ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. A minimum of two years' experience working in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
We are offering a salary of 1700 per month for this position with potential for growth within the organization.
