Secretary Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Secretary for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1700, and we are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include taking phone calls, scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors. Additionally, the Secretary will be expected to maintain a professional atmosphere within the office by adhering to established procedures and protocols.

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, any previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
