We are seeking a responsible and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can take initiative and handle a variety of tasks. Immigration is welcome for this position. No experience is required, but applicants must be willing to learn.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing files and databases, preparing documents, organizing meetings and taking minutes. Additionally, the Secretary will assist with other general office tasks as needed.
To perform the job successfully, an ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic; they must also have superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while adhering to deadlines. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office as well as excellent customer service skills.
