Chief Officer- Internal Audit

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy

• Enhance communication between concerned parties in the department and other Authority departments through approved channels.
• Follow up with concerned departments on departmental work plans based on leadership directives and observations.

Operations

• Provide administrative assistance to department employees; support daily administrative requirements of the department and the Director’s office; assist the Director and managers with assigned administrative tasks in line with Authority standards and procedures.
• Coordinate weekly leadership meeting agendas, schedule internal and external meetings, and prepare minutes.
• Track and close departmental correspondence and e-mails per Internal Audit work instructions; update the department’s shared file and maintain key documents and records.
• Execute activities related to the Internal Audit Departmental systems and associated services and administrative needs as directed.
• Assist the department internal committee as well as RTA level committees.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in business administration

Experience

• 0-1+ years in case of master’s degree (2+ years in case of bachelor’s degree)
