Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to manage front-desk activities and assist patients with appointments and general inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, maintain patient confidentiality, and help ensure the clinic operates smoothly.

• Welcome patients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Register patients and update their information in the clinic's records system.
• Answer telephone calls, respond to general inquiries, and manage messages.
• Maintain organized patient files and handle routine administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with medical staff regarding appointments, patient flow, and administrative requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration training is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.
• Previous reception or healthcare administration experience is preferred.
