- Experience of Edible Oil Refining / FMCG / Chemical / Sp. Chemical
- Project.
- Person should have knowledge of Arabic & English language (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
- Responsible for developing and maintains EDMS protocols and Execution Plans
- Fulfillment of the project and standard quality requirements for the project documentation internally as well externals (client/vendors/third party etc.)
- Implementation and execution of project procedures/protocols for document management.
- Knowledge of basic process of engineering as well as vendor document life cycle.
- Knowledge about Document Inward & Outward flow.
- Internal & external distribution through transmittal as per document distribution matrix.
- Expertise in Archive system of electronic as well as hard copy and digitization of documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM / ACC / WRENCH(EDMS) tools for electronic documentation.
- Good knowledge of Document numbering, Taxonomy & Classification.
- Control of document quality respect to layout, legibility, format etc.
- Prepare & maintain various databases and reports for tracking purpose.
- Preparation of project handing over documentation or final submission package to client as per project requirement.
- Knowledge of Plotting, Printing, Scanning.
- Continuous improvement on internal documentation.
- Be organized and structured in works.
- Good communication and management skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
