We are seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide daily clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable managing office records, and able to coordinate routine tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files.
- Manage emails, correspondence, schedules, and appointments.
- Enter and update information in computer systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with meetings, reports, office supplies, and other administrative activities.
- Communicate with staff and external contacts to support smooth office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred.
