Visa Processing Officer
MHO Visa Services in Dubai is seeking a specialized Visa Processing Officer to manage visa application files.
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Requirements:
- Arabic nationality, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Practical experience in processing visas for Schengen, UK, US, and Canada
. - Ability to manage the file from document review to application submission and follow-up.
- Proficiency in filling electronic forms, uploading documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Experience in preparing cover letters, travel plans, and organizing files.
- Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and maintaining client data confidentiality.
- Previous experience in visa companies within the UAE is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review documents and ensure their completeness and consistency.
- Prepare and submit applications according to requirements for each destination.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding missing documents.
- Track applications and update their status in the company system.
Salary is determined based on experience and competence.
