The Buying Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate coordination of buying administration, including the preparation and maintenance of reports and records related to vehicle purchasing and stock movements. This role supports the Buying Manager and buying team by ensuring all buying and stock reports are up to date and that vehicle acquisition activities are well-coordinated.

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly buying reports, stock reports, and management trackers.
• Create and update vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location, status, and stock information in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movement between various locations, following up on cleaning, servicing, and preparation status.
• Maintain organized records and support the Buying Manager with vehicle acquisition administration.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in a buying or purchase coordinator role or similar.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong advantage for SAP knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and reconcile data effectively.
