Introduction: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of automotive services in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Change Attendant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service and vehicle maintenance.

The Lube Change Attendant will be responsible for performing oil changes and other basic maintenance services on vehicles. This includes checking and topping off fluids, inspecting and replacing filters, and performing tire rotations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as providing excellent customer service to all clients.

• Perform oil changes and other basic maintenance services on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Check and top off fluids, including oil, coolant, and windshield washer fluid
• Inspect and replace filters, such as oil, air, and cabin filters
• Rotate tires and perform tire pressure checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of used oil and other materials properly
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including answering questions and addressing concerns
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
• Attend training and development programs to stay updated on new techniques and technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in automotive maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of oil change procedures and basic vehicle maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Must be physically able to lift and move heavy objects, such as tires and oil drums
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
