Advanced Technician

Job Summary

The Advanced Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance in line with customer and brand expectations. This role requires strong diagnostic capability, adherence to dealership and factory standards, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Identify mechanical and technical issues using computerized diagnostic equipment in line with brand processes.
• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Dealership and Factory Standards and Instructions (ELSA, TPI & DISS).
• Diagnose the root cause of vehicle malfunctions and carry out repairs upon customer authorization.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Advisors and Team Leaders to effectively manage production flow and customer communication.
• Conduct multi-function inspections and provide appropriate recommendations to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Accurately document all work performed on repair orders.
• Maintain and manage an inventory of standard technician tools, excluding special tools managed by the Service Department.
• Stay up to date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training programs as required.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

• High Diploma in Mechanics
• Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with the same brand
• Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is preferred
• Computer literate
