As a Warranty Administrator
, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards and company policies. You will work closely with workshop management to ensure accurate defect reporting, timely submissions, and continuous improvement in warranty performance.

• Review and assess warranty claims, consulting with manufacturers or Technical Area Managers when required.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all warranty claims.
• Advise workshop teams on complex repair cases and official service solutions.
• Maintain complete documentation for audit compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Service Technical Handbook guidelines.
• Support workshop management in identifying and eliminating root causes of claims.
• Maintain professional conduct, organized work practices, and compliance with QHSE standards.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant automotive warranty/service experience
• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology
• Required technical certifications and manufacturer training
• Fluency in English and Arabic (essential)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
