Workshop Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

• Manage daily workshop operations and workflow.
• Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skills and workload.
• Monitor technician productivity and workshop bay utilization.
• Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and service advisors.
• Maintain workshop discipline, attendance, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor the condition and availability of tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit daily performance and productivity reports.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a workshop supervisory role within the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and workshop operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in workshop management systems and Microsoft Office applications (advantage).
• Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
