Ali & Sons is looking for a Technician to join our After Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and diagnostics while ensuring every vehicle meets manufacturer standards. Your technical expertise and commitment to quality will help deliver an outstanding service experience to our customers.

• Perform minor periodic maintenance services in accordance with MG manufacturer guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Repair or replace worn, damaged, or faulty components based on approved job orders.
• Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery.
• Use vehicle diagnostic scanning tools (VDS) to identify, read, and clear fault codes.
• Assist Diagnostic and Repair Technicians with complex repair and troubleshooting activities when required.
• Complete repair orders accurately, documenting all work performed and highlighting any safety-related observations.
• Clock in and out of assigned job orders in accordance with workshop procedures.
• Coordinate with the Workshop Controller regarding vehicle status and the Parts Advisor to obtain the required spare parts.
• Maintain personal tools and workshop equipment in good working condition.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company housekeeping standards.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge by participating in manufacturer and company training programs.
• Follow all company policies, workshop procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (QHSE) standards at all times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

To deliver high-quality vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with manufacturer standards and company procedures, ensuring vehicle safety, reliability, operational efficiency, and complete customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.

• High Diploma in Mechanics or an equivalent technical qualification.

• Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification is required.

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.

• Computer literacy with the ability to use workshop management and diagnostic systems.
• Experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment and scanning tools is preferred.

• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
