As a Suspension Mechanic, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles by focusing on their suspension systems. • Perform repairs and replacements on shock absorbers, struts, and springs.
• Carry out maintenance activities to ensure optimal suspension performance.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for suspension repairs and diagnostics.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm the resolution of suspension problems.
• Create detailed reports and documentation on the condition of suspension systems.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex mechanical issues effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service, explaining work completed and needed future repairs.

• High school diploma or GED, with formal training in automotive repair are preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience as a suspension mechanic or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive suspension systems, parts, and functions.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex suspension issues efficiently.
• Proficiency with specialized diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in mechanical diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer service and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy parts and equipment.
