EFR Motorsport is looking for a
Junior Automotive Painter
to join our team. The role will involve working on preparation, sanding, masking, painting and finishing.
We’re looking for someone who already has some experience in automotive painting and preparation, and is keen to develop their skills further.
Basic powder coating experience & knowledge is a plus.
Attention to detail is important, as well as being comfortable working in a busy workshop environment. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who ishands-on, motivated, reliable and genuinely interested in cars with a willingness to learn new skills and grow.
Skills- Basic automotive painting and surface preparation
- Sandblasting / media blasting
- Proper cleaning and degreasing of parts before coating/painting
- Understanding of powder coating: what it is & hot it works.
- Attention to detail and good finishing standards
- Comfortable working with automotive parts, wheels, brackets, suspension components and other performance parts
