Automotive Service Advisor – Multi-Brand

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements
- Prepare job cards repair estimates and service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely completion of jobs
- Keep customers informed about repair progress costs and additional requirements
- Explain technical issues and repair recommendations clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify additional service and maintenance requirements where appropriate
- Support workshop productivity service quality and customer retention
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferably in the UAE
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair processes
- Experience dealing with multi-brand vehicles will be preferred
- Strong customer service, communication and sales skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
- Previous Bosch Car Service experience or familiarity with Bosch workshop standards will be an added
