Vehicle Acquisition & Consignment Manager

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Acquisition & Consignment Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi
.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, an established industry network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and secure quality vehicles for both purchase and consignment
.

• Source high-quality used vehicles through industry networks, dealerships, automotive partners, and direct market opportunities.
• Visit dealerships and automotive businesses across Abu Dhabi and the UAE to build strong professional relationships and identify suitable vehicles for acquisition or consignment.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of dealers, suppliers, vehicle owners, and industry contacts.
• Inspect and evaluate vehicles based on condition, specifications, history, market demand, and resale potential.
• Negotiate purchase and consignment terms to achieve competitive pricing and healthy margins.
• Monitor UAE vehicle pricing, market trends, stock movement, and customer demand.
• Recommend purchasing budgets and acquisition strategies based on current market conditions.
• Ensure all acquired vehicles meet the company's quality and commercial standards.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle sourcing, negotiations, acquisitions, and consignment opportunities.

• Proven experience in vehicle acquisition, car buying, consignment, automotive sales, or a related role within the UAE automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE used-car market prices and vehicle valuations.
• Established network within the UAE automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good mechanical and technical understanding of vehicles.
• Ability to assess vehicle condition and commercial value accurately.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Based in, or willing to work in, Abu Dhabi.
• Professional, presentable, proactive, and comfortable meeting dealerships and automotive partners across the UAE.
