About the Role
At Overland Auto Works
, we are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive with a strong understanding of 4x4 vehicles, off-road modifications, camping, and overlanding accessories
.
You will be the main point of contact between customers and our workshop team, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, providing updates, coordinating vehicle work, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from vehicle check-in to final handover.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their 4x4, off-road, camping, and vehicle modification requirements
.Advise customers on suitable 4x4 accessories, modifications, and upgrade options
.Prepare accurate estimates, job cards, and quotations
.Coordinate with technicians, electricians, fabricators, and the workshop team to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.
Provide customers with regular progress updates, timelines, and cost information
.Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Track additional work and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, work completion, final QC, invoicing, and vehicle handover
.Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the workshop management system.
Ensure customers understand the completed work and any installed accessories before delivery.
Previous experience in customer service, service advising, or automotive workshops
.Good understanding of 4x4 vehicles, off-road modifications, camping, and overlanding accessories
.Ability to understand and explain basic mechanical, electrical, suspension, lighting, and fabrication work to customers.
Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Good English communication skills;
Arabic is an advantage
.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers and vehicles.
Experience with
workshop management software, estimates, job cards, and invoicing is preferred.UAE automotive workshop experience is an advantage.
