Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee automotive workshop operations for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily repair activities, supervising technicians, allocating workshop jobs and ensuring vehicles are repaired according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems, vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures and workshop performance management.

You will coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts and Warranty teams to maintain efficient repair workflows, minimize repeat repairs and ensure vehicles are delivered within agreed timelines. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant automotive workshop experience, strong leadership capabilities and practical expertise in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Supervise daily automotive workshop activities to maintain efficient repair operations.
• Manage workflow from vehicle reception through diagnosis, repair, quality inspection and delivery.
• Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on technical expertise, workload and job requirements.
