- Coordinate, receive and deliver customer vehicles to ensure service is provided in line with service policies and operating procedures. Follow-up with the workshop, repair and service team to achieve set labor & service targets as required. Liaise between the customer and the concerned departments to ensure prompt delivery.
- Operations
:
Evaluate and receive vehicles according to the guidelines and procedures. Determine customer needs and transfer those requirements. Consult and conclude the final agreement of the repairs required and obtain customer approval. Increase service profitability (negociate discounts, accessories sales etc). Ensure KPI achievement (Utilization, Efficiency, Profit etc) - Scope of Repair
:
Clarify scope of repair to the customer. Produce damage and repair calculations, cost estimates and discuss this with the customers. Consult the line manager for support and advice for correct diagnosis - Process Management: Effectively follow up and oversee progress for each job order to meet the agreed deadlines and check parts ordering status on daily basis. Cross check the original customer complaint in the pre-order form against the job card labor operation numbers to ensure agreed repairs are all concluded. Promote safety rules defined for the equipment, instruments and products
- Customer Relationship
:
Maintain a good business relation with customers ensuring no issues or concerns related to the service. Share the technical information that will encourage the new customer to send the job to CME service - Reports
:
Prepare reports to facilitate customer and management review. Highlight technical failures or those depicting performance indicators such as number of vehicles received, downtime, repairs carried out.
- Service Advisor will be closely working with Customers, department manager and service team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and optimum utilization of workshop premises
- Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 – 6 years of minimum experience in customer care & operations within automotive workshop environment.
